  • Integration lead for CloudCherry, Broadsoft, BabbleLabs, Slido, Socio and Involvio deals ranging from $25MM to $1.9B. Led a team of cross-functional leaders and program managers.

  • Managed the overall integrations of CloudCherry and BabbleLabs in 2020, bringing the integrated product offers to market on time to achieve deal synergies.

  • Led Brocade-Broadcom Integration, a $5B acquisition, and divestiture of 3 business units.

  • Defined and drove preliminary Day-1 and post-close plans with Broadcom leads. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans based on business processes. Buyers include Broadcom, AT&T, Extreme Networks.

  • Managed the overall integration strategy, plan and execution of Ruckus Wireless, a $1.5B acquisition in 2016. Drove plans with clear metrics and updates to stakeholders and executives.

  • Employed robust planning and program management process customized based on culture, deal size and intent to provide the best employee experiences. Led the integration of VistaPointe, SteelApp (carve-out), Connectem, Ruckus Wireless.

  • Developed M&A Integration framework by partnering with Corporate Development and Business Leadership. Performed an assessment of current vs. future state, made recommendations to fill the gaps in critical areas and helped implement M&A Playbook by working with functional leads.

  • Partnered across many functions such as HR, product, engineering, communications, marketing, finance, sales, legal, IT, etc. to conduct analysis, make recommendations and drive projects.

  • Executed three divestitures (HotJobs, Zimbra and Kelkoo) by assisting corporate development team in Transition Services Agreement and planning people and technology separation processes.

  • Led cross-functional teams within Yahoo and Microsoft to plan and migrate search back-end, which included search gateway products, ads operations, data center and network operations.
